Delivery within Ukraine

BzivProkat is not only a rental service, but also an online store with a small showroom for BOSCH professional equipment and garden tools. However, most orders we deliver by Nova Poshta or a courier in Kyiv.

Delivery of rented equipment by Nova Poshta in practise is relatively expensive and includes a mandatory deposit of 100% the cost of such equipment, and payment of the fee for shipment by Nova Poshta in both directions, which in most cases is not reasonable. However, we are ready to send the leased equipment to any place in Ukraine on the above conditions, if it suits the client’s needs.

Delivery within Kyiv

Delivery of the rented equipment is carried out only within the “Comfort Town” residential complex, in other cases only self-pickup is available from BzivProkat pickup points.

Free delivery of orders for the amount over 2000 UAH.

Fee charged for the delivery of orders for the amount below 2000 UAH is 50 UAH.

Please remember to check all information on the product that you ordered with our operator before the purchase. Also note that our couriers do not install, connect or configure the delivered equipment, and also do not provide any technical advice. Upon the delivery, please check the list and quantity of the delivered goods, its completeness and compliance of the delivered goods with your order, and also make sure there are no defects.

If, upon receipt of the goods, you did not present any claims about the completeness of the item or any found defects, then later on such claims will not be considered (except for cases provided for by the law on the protection of consumer rights).
